Semana de competición (para variar), pero con bastante entreno, y novedad de gym... hacia mucho tiempo que no tocaba los hierros y menuda manera de volver.
El lunes despues de realizar todo el entreno (carrera+swim), y sabedor de que el martes a las 7 habia quedado para hacer una salida dura de bici de unos 140km... me encuentro con el Presi (Pere Vendrell) que se dispone ha hacer pesas... asi que charlando me pongo con el y... JODER!!!! COMO TIRA!!!
Hacemos las series de rigor musculando un poquito las piernas y despues de haber roto la barrera, el miércoles volvi a las pesas.... pero aqui ya me noté cansado, el jueves... reduci el entreno pero seguia cansado... el viernes sali con la BTT a reconocer el circuito de la Xallenguer de Moja y ZAS! entre cansamiento, la comedura de cabeza xk no tiraba y intentar bajar más ràpido de lo que uno puede, tuve dos caidas tontas sin aparentemente ninguna repercusión, pero que a dia de hoy aún me duele el coxis...
Asi que en Manresa... lo curioso es que no me dolia el culo, sino que corriendo me dolia la parte trasera de la rodilla, cosa que por eso me quede algo/bastante rezagado corriendo, cosa que en la bici no me dolio nada y pude remontar posiciones... MUCHAS POSICIONES, de hecho si no llega a ser por Melcior Mauri, hubiera hecho el mejor parcial de toda la carrera, pero con semejante figura... me quedé a escasos 20 segundos, cosa que tampoco está nada mal, y el último correr... no me dolia nada, más que nada xk no podia correr, jejeje
que duro és hacer una media de 39km/h y bajarte a correr, jejeje finalizé en la posición 35, siendo el conductor de unos 20 duatletas, y acabando en 1h00m40s bajando en 3 minutos respecto el año pasado, asi que al final acabé contento.
Después de este fin de semana y viendo como voy con la BTT he decidido no correr la Xallenguer del Penedés por motivos de salud, el otro dia acabe muy desmotivado del entreno, con daño y con una sensación amarga, asi que para no amargarme... me quedo en casa o salgo en bici, otra vez serà.

Rompi el grupo en el ultimo repechon antes del giro, y bajando nos fuimos con Molist, otra maquina como tu, y cogimos el grupo de delante, con gente como vosotros se disfruta, al final quede el 15, pero todo gràcias a vosotros.
